Breathtaking views of this iconic range abound throughout the Trail.
There are many places along the trail where you will marvel at the beauty and majesty of the Great Dividing Range. These are the Range’s southernmost foothills, and are a part of the famous Victorian High Country. They are also the gateway to the Alpine National Park southern fall. In fact, it is possible on occasion, to see snow on some of the mountains, including Mount Wellington, from the trail during Winter.
