Interactive Shakespeare through the Ages
A 3km interactive walk through the town of Stratford, stopping along the way to enjoy locally made sculptures and art work celebrating the life and works of The Bard including the recently added Fortress of Fire – a large ceramic fortress built and fired onsite and revealed whilst still on fire. Information and photos of each artwork can be accessed by QR codes at the works.
The trail starts at the Stratford Sister Cities globe sculpture outside of the library, and winds for 3km through the town on an accessible path.
You can wander through and access descriptions of the artworks through QR codes, or stop into The Segue Cafe in Tyres street to pick up a map.
