Planning for your event....

Any one who is running a public event on the Gippsland Plains Rail Trail, must have an agreement with the GPRT Committee of Management. To enable the process to be completed on time you need to contact us at least 3 months prior to complete an Application in Principle, the first stage to an agreement to use the trail.

This enables the GPRT CoM to ensure we do not have a cross over of events, most importantly we need to ensure that you are covered for accidents or issues that may arise.

We also have information on the current conditions of the trail all of this information support a best outcome for your event.
